  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

They are the largest water purifier company in the country. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Retail Sales Team as a Brand Ambassador/Customer Service Personnel.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join their team at IOI City Mall Putrajaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and handling general inquiries from walk-in customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
  • Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the store.
  • Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Provide information on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage.
  • Prefer sales or customer service candidates, but fresh graduates with passion in customer service & sales are welcome to APPLY!
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Able to work on rotational mall shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Training will be provided
