  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • Assist the Future Works Manager in preparing proposals for additional work packages and related contract deliverables.
  • Support negotiations on specific terms and conditions for additional work packages within an established commercial framework.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the upstream agreement with the customer.
  • Communicate with customer organization counterparts to manage contractual matters, changes, and adherence to governance processes.
  • Provide active support to the procurement team in ensuring downstream terms and conditions are robust and align with upstream requirements.
  • Oversee sub-contractor management to ensure downstream claims, issues, and variations are handled in accordance with the contract.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Change Manager to assess changes in line with contractual mechanisms.

Key knowledge and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience is ICT , software and Hardware will be advantage
  • Proven experience in a risk sharing alliance model would be advantageous in the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM15,000.00 per month
