  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Data Operations Executive
Location: Puchong, Malaysia
Work Arrangement: Monday – Friday, flexible clock-in (8 AM – 10 AM)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English (both written & spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (customer service, data operations, or admin)
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Good problem-solving & project management abilities
- Able to multitask and work under pressure

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update company databases
- Serve as the primary contact for mall tenants & vendors on POS system matters
- Provide technical support and assist with POS sales submissions
- Track and analyze project risks while ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitor server network connectivity and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare reports, record meeting minutes, and collaborate with management
