Working day & hour: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
Contract duration: 6 months under PERSOLKELLY (renewable)
Duties:
- Order Management
- Process and manage export sales orders (from order receiving to completion of shipment).Coordinate with production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment.Maintain accurate sales records, transactions and order status.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, and bill of lading).Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws and company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Serves as primary point of contact for international clients, effectively updating on order status, shipping schedules and other general enquiries.Attend to and support in resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Logistics and Shipment Coordination
- Effective management of international shipping arrangement, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely deliveryConstant engagement with shipping and transport companies to track orders and resolve logistics challenges/ delays.Optimise logistic costs and improve efficiency in the export process.
- Sales Support
- Support sales managers in preparing data, updates and other matters related to customer/ sales.Assist in preparing weekly sales updates.Coordinate with sales and marketing team on promotional activities (as required)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working within a Sales Coordinator/Customer Service capacity on export business/ international shipping operations.
- Proficient in English Language (must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and conversation)
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain, or related field is an added advantage
- Knowledge in international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures
- Experience in handling export documentation and understanding of ocean freight
- Microsoft (Word, Excel) – Intermediate / Advanced Level
- Strong communication skills with a strong initiative in problem-solving
