We are hiring for HR & Administrative Executive
Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,500 (Based on experience & skills)
Benefits: Statutory contributions + AIA Insurance & Medical + Leave Entitlements
Contract: 6-months under PERSOLKELLY
Your Role Includes:
- Employee Relations & Events – Engage with the Social Committee & solve workplace challenges.
- Purchasing – Source vendors, manage POs, & monitor expenses (e.g., office supplies, safety gear).
- Travel Management – Handle bookings, accommodations, & transportation.
- Vendor Management – Negotiate the best deals for company services.
- Office & Facility Management – Ensure smooth operations (printers, air-conditioning, maintenance).
- HR Data Management – Maintain employee records & update databases.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR software.
- Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
- A team player with a proactive attitude!
