  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Location: Eco Business Park, Bandar Dato Onn

Company business: Leasing / Tenancy management (Dormitory)

Salary range: RM2500 - RM6000 (depends on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities :

  • Sales Executive to promote leasing of dormitories’ unit/space by implementing sales plans.
  • Assist Sales Manager/ Asst. Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
  • Attend to enquiries from prospective customers.
  • Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.
  • Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
  • Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the ‘Letter of Offer’.
  • Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of the stamp duties.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
  • Representing of company to liaise with potential customer.
  • Prepare quote to potential customer.
  • Prepare ‘Letter of Offer’ and ‘Tenancy Agreement’

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Sales or equivalent
  • Possesses own transport.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
  • Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Good attitude, self-motivated, results oriented.
