  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote credit card offerings, provided excellent customer service and address enquires about credit card features, benefits, and application processes.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of the credit card to potential customers, emphasizing its features and rewards.
  • Stay updated about the credit card products, promotions, updates, term and conditions, and eligibility criteria.
  • Collect and verify customer information for credit card applications, ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential customers to encourage and facilitate the completion of credit card application and the update of application status.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in Sales and Customer Service field, preferably in financial or retail industry.
  • Minimum SPM graduates with good English understanding, to explain the T&C to customer.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, training is provided.
  • Good communication skill and outgoing personality to engage with potential customer.

Supplemental Pay：

  • Commission Pay and Allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
