  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in QS/MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years working experience as Estimator/QS specialised in TENDERING in construction field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley and periodically base at site.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Ms. PowerPoint and Ms. Excel.
  • Full-time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of overall tender process or pre-tender activities.
  • Responsible to analyze tender documents comprising of BQ, tender clarification, and unit price, etc.
  • To evaluate, estimate, and prepare cost and quantity per market price.
  • Responsible to provide estimation of new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ, and other tender requirements.
  • Capable of complete preparation of tender costing.
  • Prepare technical proposal and cost estimation for project tenders.
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs related to bids at the project development stage.
  • Other relevant activities involved in tender process.
