Requirements

  • Working Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor (near to Kajang, Sg Long & Seri Kembangan)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement or related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with SQL inventory software, good in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good command of English and preferably can converse in Mandarin.
  • Knowing how to speak Mandarin is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, machinery, and equipment from both local and overseas suppliers to ensure competitive market pricing is obtained.
  • KPI: Cost savings – To deal directly with principal suppliers.
  • Identify, research, and evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, best prices, and reliability of supply, ensuring all criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
  • Responsible for general admin tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,300.00 per month
