Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Interested in learning full set Accounts (AutoCount software), including Bank Reconciliation, Accruals, Account Payable/Account Receivable, and Ad-hoc requests from management.
- Able to work independently, Detail-Oriented, Responsible, and has Good Communication Skills.
- Possess LCCI, Diploma, or Equivalent in Accounting.
- Experience Required.
Other Requirements:
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, Bonus provided.
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Salary: RM2,500 – RM6,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualifications).
- Location: Kajang, Sg Chua (Own Transport Required).
Responsibilities
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee Full Set Accounts – Manage and review financial statements, general ledger, and financial reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow management.
- Tax & Compliance – Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.
- Bank Reconciliation – Monitor and reconcile bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee payment collections, vendor payments, and manage outstanding balances.
- Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
- Internal Controls – Establish financial policies and controls to minimize risks.
- Audit Coordination – Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and financial compliance.
- Ad-hoc Tasks – Handle financial analysis, cost control, and other management requests.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
10. Assist in Full Set Accounts – Support in bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial records.
11. Invoice & Payment Processing – Issue invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding payments.
12. Bank Reconciliation – Check and verify bank transactions.
13. Payroll Processing – Assist in calculating salaries, EPF, SOCSO, and other employment benefits.
14. Tax & Statutory Compliance – Ensure proper documentation and submission of tax-related matters.
15. Support Month-End Closing – Assist in preparing reports and statements for financial closing.
16. Data Entry & Documentation – Maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
17. Liaise with Internal Departments – Communicate with other departments to support operations.
18. Ad-hoc Administrative Duties – Assist in other finance and admin tasks as assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
