  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting production planning, material planning, and scheduling activities to ensure timely and efficient production. This role helps optimize inventory levels, minimize production delays, and coordinate with various departments to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply.
  • Update and adjust production plans based on demand changes, material shortages, or machine capacity.
  • Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Work with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory usage trends and suggest adjustments to purchasing plans.
  • Communicate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts, material issues, or production bottlenecks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material plans, and inventory reports.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and demand forecasts.
  • Assist in updating planning-related documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
