Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and software engineers. The ideal candidate will gather requirements from stakeholders, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), create GitHub issues, monitor project progress, and test results to ensure they meet requirements. The role involves coordination with both internal teams and external vendors.Â

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a IT Project Manager in software development or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to understand technical work without needing a deep technical background.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with GitHub for issue tracking and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work in a hybrid environment (WFH with office visits once a week).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing e-commerce or enterprise system projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and software integrations.
