- Looking for Expat Cultural Trainers to conduct training, and help clients become familiar with working across cultures
- Subject matter:The program will be about the Expatriate Preparation: Cultural Adjustment and Awareness
- Topics:Local culture in Malaysia, values and working styles & Demographics in Malaysia and their preferences (business / working preferences) and life topics
- Number of students: To be determined; students are coming from China
- Service Start Date: To be determined
- Duration: 8 hours virtual program
- Goal: Cultural Adjustment; Recognizing and Managing Culture Shock
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in intercultural communication, language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience
