Logistic - Asset Management Admin (6 months)

Working hours : Mon - Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm

Location: Jln U10/100, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

Scope :

  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Monitoring and follow-up on the receipt of all documentation required to be completed
  • Ensuring that all contracts, service agreements, licensing and other related documentation are organised and maintained

Requirement:

  • A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, Mathematics or any relevant field
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics is advantageous.
  • Familiar with administrative duties
  • Detailed oriented person
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Has their own transport to commute to U10, Shah Alam
