Account Assistant
Job Description:
- Assist with processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Provide administrative support.
- Perform ad-hoc task that may be assigned by manager.
Requirements
- · Diploma or Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- · Knowledge with QNE Business Solutions Database
- · Computer literate in MS word, excel, etc.
- · Proficient in both written & spoken(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Mandarin will be a plus.
- · Candidate must be highly self-discipline & able to work independently.
- · Full-time position(s) available
- · Malaysian only
- Working location at Kuching, Sarawak.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
