Job Description:
IT Trainer (SKM Pengawai Penilai) specializes in Computer Systems Operation (IT-020-3-2013).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality training sessions in accordance with JPK curriculum and standards.
- Design, implement, and assess training materials and resources, including lesson plans, WIM, and schedules, ensuring compliance with JPK program standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through student feedback, assessments, and observations.
- Ensure training programs meet JPK guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Create a collaborative learning environment and advocate best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to students as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in IT industry.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for Computer Systems Operation programs, adhering to JPK curriculum and standards.
- Develop, review, and update training materials and curricula to align with JPK standards and industry best practices.
- Provide practical, hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance students' skills.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, standards, and regulations.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exams accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously refine program content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
- Possess Sijil SKM 3 and/or DKM 4 in a related field.
- Possess Sijil VTO/TVET-i.
- Possess Sijil Induksi PP-PPD-PPB.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year of prior working experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
