Job Description

  • Assist in documentation and filling of accounting documents.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
  • Manage day to day finance operations activities.
  • Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions.
  • Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company.
  • Liaise with agents, company secretaries, government authorities, bankers and all external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Handle expense claims, and reimbursements.
  • Participate in routine Stock take as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,700.00 per month
