Job Description:
- Inspire and Educate: Conduct high-quality training sessions in accordance with JPK curriculum and standards.
- Create and Innovate: Design, implement, and assess training materials and resources, including lesson plans, WIM, and schedules, ensuring compliance with JPK program standards.
- Measure Success: Evaluate the effectiveness of your training programs through student feedback, assessments, and observations.
- Ensure Excellence: Ensure all training programs meet JPK guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate and Lead: Create a collaborative learning environment and advocate best practices in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Support and Guide: Provide guidance and support to students as needed, helping them thrive.
- Stay Ahead: Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Engage and Demonstrate: Deliver engaging training sessions for both Single Phase and Three Phase Electrical Installation and Maintenance programs, adhering to JPK curriculum and standards.
- Develop and Update: Develop, review, and update training materials and curricula to align with JPK standards and industry best practices.
- Hands-On Training: Provide practical, hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance students' skills.
- Assess and Support: Assess and evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain Standards: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, standards, and regulations.
- Ensure Safety: Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Administrative Duties: Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exams accurately and timely.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the training team to continuously refine program content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Possess Sijil SKM 3 and/or DKM 4 in a related field.
- Certifications: Possess Sijil VTO/TVET-i and Sijil Induksi PP-PPD-PPB.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior working experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Location: Willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
