Main responsibilities:

  • To handle Office Administration
  • To assist in preparing and ordering site materials and other matters
  • To deal with supplier, prepare DO, PO and payment voucher
  • To deal with site supervisor
  • To deal with manager
  • To do proper filing and handle ISO 9001 internal audit
  • To handle procument and tendering
  • Arrange meeting and other management related

Personal Interpretation

  • Friendly and can work in a team
  • Can follow instruction from leader and manager
  • Can work in a pressure and know how to handle stress
  • Have knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Expert in dealing with new technology and willing to learn new office system
  • Can work overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,526.73 per month
