  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of multiple branches within the assigned area (Cyberjaya Branch and KL Trillion, Ampang branch)
  • Train and develop a team of service staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to increase profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities, implementing necessary changes to stay competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the food and beverages industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to travel as needed to various branch locations to effectively oversee and support operations.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, health and safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software for efficient operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
