The Broadcast Manager will play an important role in creating visually appealing, brand-aligned designs that support the companyâs marketing, promotional, and event activities.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.Requirements:
- Create programming schedules, coordinate with marketing teams, and monitor broadcast equipment to deliver engaging content to the audience.
- Develop and maintain broadcast schedules for live and pre-recorded programming across GD Facebook & YouTube social media platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of new broadcast technologies and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure broadcast content adheres to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate promotional content into broadcasts.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the broadcast facility.
- Coordinate between production, engineering, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards.
- Manage technical infrastructure, including equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor live broadcasts to ensure quality and reliability.
- Schedule staff and manage shift assignments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the operations department.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support.

- 3+ years of experience in broadcast operations.
- Proficiency with broadcast automation systems.
- Strong technical expertise in broadcasting equipment.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in broadcasting.
- Strong understanding of broadcast technology and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple teams and projects.
- Ability to manage and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Detailed knowledge of broadcasting regulations.
