Responsible for assisting in the packing and preparation of products for shipment and providing excellent customer service. This role involves ensuring that products are packed correctly, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries or issues related to packing, shipping, or product delivery.

Jobs Description:

  • Accurately pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring that items are secure, well-protected, and ready for transport.
  • Use appropriate packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam, or packaging peanuts to protect products during transit.
  • Ensure that each product is packed according to company and customer-specific instructions.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information, including addresses, tracking numbers, and any necessary handling instructions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels of packing materials and request reordering when needed.
  • Keep the packing area clean and organized for efficient workflow.
  • Assist in organizing inventory and storage of packed goods, ensuring that items are ready for shipment.
  • Help with stock rotation and organization, especially during high-demand periods.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat regarding product availability, shipping status, and order issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams (packing, shipping, sales) to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
