1. Handle Full sets Accounts

2. Financial Reporting

  • Profit and loss statement on half yearly basis
  • Cashflow management

3. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Manage billing, collections and debtor matters on timely basis

4. Handle Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Handle invoicing, payments and creditor matters timely basis
  • Payroll preparation and Processing, inclusive EPF submission

5. Prepare Bank Reconciliation details, sales report, payment collection report on weekly basis

6. Tax and Compliance

7. 3rd party Liaising

  • Auditor, Client, Creditor, Tax Authority, Bank, Govt (should there be any)

8. Ad Hoc Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement:

1. Handle Full Set Accounts

2. Experience in performing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

3. Attentive to detail, ability to work independently and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude.

4. Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
