  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and updating compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with manufacturing industry regulations (e.g., ISO standards, OSHA, environmental regulations).
  • Conduct research on local and international manufacturing compliance requirements, including sustainability and supply chain regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to corporate governance and compliance.
  • Assist in internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Help prepare governance and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize compliance-related records, certifications, and documentation.
  • Monitor developments in regulatory laws and standards affecting the manufacturing industry.
  • Participate in risk assessment activities and recommend corrective actions for identified non-compliances.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree a related field.
  • Interest in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duration: 6 MONTHS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
