Job Description:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key QSR/F&B clients, aligning with our tradition of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Sales and Business Development:
- Exceed sales targets for key accounts, utilizing extensive industry knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery.
Strategic Planning:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the R&D team, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage in product development discussions and cost optimization initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize performance.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee contract compliance, adhering to commitments of transparency and fairness.
