Job Descriptions

  • Execute all tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the outlet.
  • Oversee and supervise outlet staff, ensuring effective management of stock levels and usage.
  • Monitor and manage daily business operations and staffing arrangements at the outlet.
  • Provide coaching and training to outlet staff on customer service and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong motivational skills to maintain staff engagement and performance.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly, with basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Review outlet expenditures and implement proactive strategies to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Adapt to and tackle challenges as the business continues to grow and evolve.
  • Be a dynamic individual eager to learn and grow alongside the company.
  • Formulating and executing operational strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Monitoring and improving operational processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Supervising staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in related field - F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and with at least 3 Years of working experience in F&B or related field
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel outstation regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
