Job Descriptions
- Execute all tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the outlet.
- Oversee and supervise outlet staff, ensuring effective management of stock levels and usage.
- Monitor and manage daily business operations and staffing arrangements at the outlet.
- Provide coaching and training to outlet staff on customer service and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong motivational skills to maintain staff engagement and performance.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly, with basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Review outlet expenditures and implement proactive strategies to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Adapt to and tackle challenges as the business continues to grow and evolve.
- Be a dynamic individual eager to learn and grow alongside the company.
- Formulating and executing operational strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitoring and improving operational processes, workflows, and systems.
- Supervising staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in related field - F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and with at least 3 Years of working experience in F&B or related field
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel outstation regularly
