Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations and to ensure the store operates efficiently in accordance to guidelines, to meet customer service and sales goals.
- Motivate, coach and support the team regularly to be sales-driven and result-driven.
- Maximize staff productivity, ensuring consistent compliance to the brand and company Policy & Procedures.
- Lead the store by representing the brand in a positive and professional manner while ensuring recurring business.
- Promote positive, cohesive, competitive and ethical working environment.
- Maintain store inventory integrity – minimize stock losses and ensure consistent stock count if necessary.
- Foster customer centric culture by leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience in store.
Key Performance Indicators
- Increase sales and maximize profitability of the store.
- Achieve high and consistent compliance of all retail standards for the store, in line with the brand’s standards.
- Achieve high service standards as per EMM Checklist.
- Inventory Integrity, maintain stock accuracy at optimal level, manage stock losses and conducting stock counts.
- Lead and responsible for recruitment, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Visual Merchandising (VM) score.
- Responsible for staff development & training in the store.
- Responsible for employee engagement and maintain employee loyalty.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in cash register operations and inventory management
- Strong team management and leadership skills
