Position Overview:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing HR policies, managing recruitment, overseeing performance evaluations, and handling employee relations to support the company’s business growth and operational efficiency. A key part of this role involves developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and improving compensation structures to enhance employee productivity.
Job Description:
- Optimize the company's human resources management system, develop, reform, and improve HR management policies, and promote implementation.
- Develop and implement the company's recruitment plan according to the business development strategy, responsible for the recruitment of employees at all levels, ensuring adequate staffing in each department to ensure smooth operations.
- Improve the company's salary system for both management and stores, ensure employee efficiency and per capita productivity, prepare monthly salary reports, and complete human cost analysis.
- Develop evaluation policies according to the company's performance management requirements, organize and implement performance management, supervise and control the performance evaluation process across departments, promptly solve emerging issues, ensure the performance evaluation system is effectively implemented, and continuously improve the performance management system.
- Handle employee relations, create a positive corporate culture and atmosphere.
- The focus is on HR experience, not admin experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources.
- Over 3 years of experience in human resources management; holding a human resources management certification is preferred.
- Familiar with national and regional labor laws, regulations, and policies.
- Experience in internet-based human resources management is preferred (e.g., Foodpanda, Concentrix, Grab, Uber, etc.).
- Good communication skills, reliable, professional, emotionally stable, and fair and impartial in handling tasks
