  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Build relationships with potential JV partners for residential projects (condos, serviced apartments, and landed housing).
  • Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Assist in negotiations, deal structuring, and due diligence.
  • Support investment proposal preparation for management approval.

Development Management:

  • Support JV partners in project planning, cost control, marketing, approvals, and construction.
  • Monitor project performance, financials, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on sales, marketing, and finance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Construction, Business, or Finance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in real estate, property development, or financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and regulations.
  • Skilled in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
