  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:

- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage for example, window, door or wall repair.

- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full functionality of water fixtures.

- Repair damaged electrical wiring in the event of a short circuit or severed wire.

- Maintain the building's HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control within the facility.

- Apply preventive measures to the building to reduce the risk of future issues.

- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

- Paint the building when the old paint has faded or chipped.

Requirement:

* Creative problem solver

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Able to multitask

* Able to recommend product improvements and cost reductions

* Understanding of electrical regulations and maintenance works

* Proficient computer skills

* Certificates in relevant field studies

* Experience as a technician or technician apprentice

* Knowledge of property and safety regulations

* Strong mathematical and technical skills

* Attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
