  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform 1st level support to outlets on IT hardware & Software related issues
  • Hardware – POS, PC, network equipment, scanner, printers, internet &, etc
  • Software – systems-related issues, etc
  • Follow up with the vendor on the issue reported.
  • Annual stock take – Prepare/Configure Scanner and onsite support.
  • Checking & troubleshoot any hardware issues
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

You should have:

  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/ Management Information Systems or equivalent
  • At least 1 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work during weekend, public holidays.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
