Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Product Adoption & Training: Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage.
  • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.
  • Renewals & Retention: Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.
