Job Description:
- Interacts with customers on behalf of the organization.
- Processing on Customer PO in SAP, PO acknowledgement, update delivery status & Billing.
- Processing purchase orders to the factories for all customer PO.
- Coordination on shipment commitment, delivery arrangement & payment from customer.
- Manage & update customer’s OOR (Open Order Report) by weekly basis.
- Preparation and transmission of sales quotations when applicable.
- Ability to communicate with poise and confidence working through complex issues.
- Ability to meet departmental deadlines, use effective organization and planning skills.
- Support and implementation of PVMY ISO 9001 quality system.
- Assist in reception duties, attending phone calls and emails enquiries on the company products and services.
- Any other support required by the Operations Manager and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline or equivalent
- Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferrable with SAP Experience
- Fast Learner
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels.
- High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
