Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product support, market insights, regulatory guidance, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and services effectively.
- Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders and related sales documents.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding quotations, product details, samples, registrations, shipments, artwork approvals, and payments.
- Manage and coordinate customer visits, meetings, and travel arrangements (transportation/hotel).
- Assist in and participate in local and international trade exhibitions.
- Work closely with relevant departments to support new customer onboarding and requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the rubber or glove industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to work in Setia Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
