  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

According to the inspection specifications and quality standards, carry out product inspection of incoming materials, manufacturing process, finished product warehousing and shipment to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.

Inspect and judge the inspection results of raw materials and packaging materials, feedback abnormal materials, identify, isolate and issue CAR to ensure that the materials before going online meet the inspection standards.

Responsible for the inspection of experimental tools, instrument calibration, electrostatic measurement, etc., to ensure the effectiveness of tools.

Responsible for the first article online testing and recording experimental data, and timely pass the first piece of retained samples to the laboratory to complete the performance test of the final product to ensure that the online product meets the quality requirements.

Responsible for online sampling inspection and nonconforming product identification, isolation, traceability, rewinding, etc. in the production process to ensure that online products meet quality requirements.

Responsible for the 5M1E inspection of each process in the production process (additives, ingredients, extrusion, packaging, crushing, granulation, rewinding, warehouse), filling in the inspection record form, and ensuring that the products meet the quality requirements in the production process.

Responsible for checking the finished product pallet, packaging appearance, label and warehousing list, confirming, identifying and tracing abnormal finished products, testing the project integrity of each pallet product and issuing a quality inspection report to ensure that the finished product is stored in a timely manner.

Responsible for the shipment inspection of finished products (shipment plan, stocking requirements, batch number, specification, quantity, loading method, COA, etc.), and send the shipment COA conversion PDF to sales and customers to ensure that the finished products meet customer needs.

Responsible for experimental waste, waste treatment and regional 6S management, identify the safety hazards and environmental factors of the position, and implement relevant safety precautions.
