Position Summary:

The role of the Supervisor is to be responsible for the day-to-day business in the store and ensure that daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved. To supervise sales assistant and ensure that they perform their given tasks in accordance to ECCO requirement.

The Supervisor is to demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor.

· Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service experience;

· Mentoring/coaching the team to increase the overall service level and performance of the store.

· Ensure an adequate integration and optimisation between front and back office.

Ensure appropriate manpower coverage and supervising stock inventory management.

General Responsibilities:

Retail Store Operations

  • Work with the Direct Manager to ensure ECCO standards and operational best practices are executed in the store.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal inventory.
  • Participation in inventory feedback to Merchandising team.
  • Handle customer feedback, returns and after-sales service.
  • Work with Visual Merchandiser on the presentation of merchandise display in the store.
  • Ensure the compliance of ECCO store operation and service guidelines from Retail Operations team.

People Management

  • Schedule monthly work schedule of the sales staff to ensure appropriate coverage during, before and after operation hours based on business needs;
  • Mentoring/coaching of team on customer service excellence in order to increase store productivity and team motivation;
  • Ensure the team achieve corporate KPIs and sales target
  • Sharing of feedback, information and operational updates with the team

Inventory Management

  • Monitor sales and ensure optimal stocks level in order to achieve sales objective.
  • Maintain optimal merchandise display for stores.
  • Stock room maintenance and efficiency planning.
  • Stock loss controls and checks.
  • Assist in investigation of stocks discrepancies if any.

Sales Target and Result

  • Ensure the store achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target;
  • Preparation of sales reports to the management

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Supervisor.
