About the team

In this role, you will be part of Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy's ShopTab User Operations function, involved in user awareness building, traffic growth, user conversion operations, and ShopTab resources management.

Responsibilities

  • In user awareness and traffic growth - work closely with Integrated Marketing team to design and execute the marketing of ShopTab's key selling points. Explore key channels to build users' ShopTab and search awareness, including build scalable operations of TikTok Creator marketing channels. Drive continuous efficiency improvement of traffic growth channels, and work closely with Product team to explore new traffic channels
  • In user conversion operations, to work closely with Product team to improve current operation tools' efficiency and capability, test and explore new user engagement and conversion features, and ultimately deliver user conversion targets for key ShopTab user segments
  • In ShopTab resources management, continue to streamline and improve the standard of exposure assets usage and Cluster participation method, standardize commercialization pricing and purchasee process, improve commercialization revenues

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years and plus working experience. Past experience in e-commerce platform's user growth operations is strongly preferred.
  • Have strong sense of e-commerce users and user growth. Familiar with growth funnel dissection, and is able to design growth strategy for key conversion funnels
  • Great communication skills. Experience in executive presentation of high-stake projects is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have strong sense of data and analytics. Must be fluent in Excel-based analytics. Past working experience with SQL is preferred
  • Great project management and stakeholder management skills. Past experience in driving complex, cross-functional collaborations is strongly preferred
  • Open to flexible working arrangement outside of regular working hours per business requirements, and open to business travels
