Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong tertiary (Year 2/3) background in either fields: computer science, mathematics, business, engineering, or economics, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering to analyse existing internal systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Assist in identifying areas for digital transformation and innovation within HR operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies to improve the efficiency and user experience of Troopers' part-timer mobile application and workforce management system through data analysis, automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Support data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in the design and testing of new software solutions, Troopers' part-timer mobile application, and workforce management system.
  • Assist in documenting transformation initiatives, including reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.
