We are a dynamic and rapidly growing data-driven digital agency, and we are looking for Social Media Executives who are dedicated to their craft and can hit the ground running!

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in content creation, including devising a variety of creative ideas and writing in multiple brand voices for our customer brands on social media to achieve client goals and objectives. This person will also work closely with the team (across departments) to achieve these goals.

Creative Writer:

Bring multiple brand voices to life daily. This individual should have strong conceptual and writing abilities to respond to planned opportunities, promotions, real-time moments, influencers, brands, fans, or events.

Content Strategist:

Stay ahead of new and upcoming cultural trends and actively collaborate with a cross-functional team to capitalize on key moments for the brand. This person will constantly seek opportunities for our customers to maximize social reach and engagement. They should have the ability to understand customer brand positioning and develop relevant content.

Analytical Thinker:

Take overall accountability for social media accounts managed by the agency. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze social data points and market trends to improve social media performance, focusing on engagement, growth, and goal conversions aligned with business objectives. This also includes executing social listening campaigns.

Strategic Planner:

Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers across social media platforms. This includes planning, executing, and reporting on social media campaigns and managing a monthly calendar aligned with the client’s business goals.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the related industry
  • Strong, creatively rich portfolio or work samples that showcase memorable content and copywriting on social media
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs or direction
  • Ability to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and generate fresh ideas
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of social networks, content best practices, and SEO fundamentals
