What You’ll Do:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking efforts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using job portals, social media, and networking strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
