The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for supporting both Human Resources and Administrative functions within the organization.   • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. 协助招聘流程,包括发布招聘广告、筛选简历、安排面试及协调招聘过程。
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture. 促进新员工入职流程,确保相关文件齐全,并帮助新员工顺利融入公司文化。

2.Employee Records Management 员工档案管理 :

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). 在HRIS(人力资源信息系统)中维护准确的员工记录。
