- Plan and execute FEN Education events, such as education fairs, open days, seminars, and student consultation sessions.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, universities, and other partners.
- Work with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and offline channels.
- Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, and flyers.
- Engage with students and parents to encourage participation.
- Source and secure event venues, ensuring they meet the requirements.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and catering (if needed) for guests and speakers.
- Oversee event setup, registration, and on-site management.

- Handle contract negotiations and agreements with partners.
- Supervise event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage registration, guest coordination, and troubleshooting any on-site issues.
- Ensure proper crowd control and safety measures are in place.
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain event records and documentation for future reference.
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

- Prior experience in event planning, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
