Job Title: Report Generation & Documentation Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Job Type: Contract 12 Months. Extendable another 1 year

Job Summary: Report Generation & Documentation specialist will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and improvising Functional, General & Technical reports for our futuristic Digital Transformation projects catering for various industries. This role requires fair amount of understanding (user level) with web design tools, 3D modelling structures, Graphical User Interface (GUI) software etc. Prior experience in generating soft reports, 3D imaging software, Photoshop, Digital twin models of any structures is an added advantage. Ideal candidate stationed on premise (desk work) should work closely with on field operations team. Cross group collaboration is a primary requirement.

A strong acumen towards Content generation, Report building & Documentation is required. Good communication skills (English & BM) are a MUST.

Selected candidates shall be trained to perform required tasks with extended support from project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, analyse & comprehend the user requirements that are to be considered as KPI’s.
  • Gather and analyse information extracted from various sources, such as Drone Imagery, Satellite data and populate templates.
  • Collaborate with Field Ops team and engineers to understand project specifications and deliverables.
  • Access the software dashboard information and generate required reports from the information available.
  • Ensure all reports adhere to company standards for accuracy, clarity, and authenticity.
  • Maintain an organized database of all the reports and relevant documentation.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and other communication materials as needed.
  • Attend client meetings (online) to clarify or amend any requirements/changes to the reports.
  • Engage with Project team, providing feedback on the available information and passing inputs as per client requirements.
  • Ability to work remotely on need basis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any Graphical User Interface technologies and/or photo editing software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
