- Responsible Human Resources Management and Administration matters and functions for Group.
- Manage and lead the Recruitment and Selection process for Group.
- Drive and lead the Training & Development Plan for Group.
- Manage and lead 5Ss compliance to chair, audit and assess the implementation of 5Ss principles within the Group.
- Oversee and assist in Foreign Workers matters.
- Conduct Internal Training for all the staffs about Company's Vision, Mission, Core Value and Culture.
- Organize and plan Teambuilding Training for Group.
- Check and verify the monthly payroll, overtime, claims and monthly statutory contribution for Group.
- Lead and oversee Employee Welfare and Employee Engagement. (Coordinate event, monthly birthday celebration party; season's greeting party, lobby decoration & etc.)
- Develop and monitor overall Group HR system, policies and procedures, processes and tactics within the Group.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 audit and compliances.
- Conduct career talk or connect with College and University for Recruitment purposes.
- To observe the KPI set by GMD.
- Perform any Ad-hoc tasks or assignments as and when required by the GMD.
- Manage and lead Anti-Corruption.
- Manage and lead Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Manage and lead the utilization of Human Resources Development Contribution fund.
- Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for minimum of 5-10 years.
- Able to read, write and speak well in Mandarin.
- People oriented and result driven.
- Knowledge of Human Resources system.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all the levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
