What You’ll Do

  • Engage & Support Users Be the friendly, reliable guide for both new and existing users. You’ll answer questions, showcase platform features, and keep users excited about what’s next.
  • Ongoing Relationship Building Stay connected even after onboarding. Gather feedback, tackle concerns, and keep users in the loop about platform updates or new opportunities.
  • Spot Trends & Optimize Listen to user feedback and look at data — to see what’s working and what needs a tweak. Suggest improvements, big or small.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Work with marketing, product, and other squads to roll out user-centric strategies that boost overall engagement and spark community spirit.
  • Reflect & Report Share your wins, hurdles, and lightbulb moments in a way that helps the entire team learn and refine our approach to growth.
