
Corporate Leadership Trainee - Support Management

As a Corporate Leadership Trainee at Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn. Bhd, you will embark on a comprehensive one-year training program that will prepare you for a rewarding career in corporate leadership. This program is designed to expose you to various facets of our organization, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of our business operations.
Phase 1: Rotational Assignments (Months 1-6)
- During the first 6 months, you will participate in a series of rotational assignments across different functions and business units within banking operations.
- CSO Office: Focus on supporting various departments
- Finance
- Quality Management
- Compliance Operation
- Business Strategy Support
- Human Resources
Key Responsibilities (During Rotational Phase):
- Engage actively in each rotational assignment, contributing to projects and tasks assigned by department leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and implement best practices within your chosen area of specialization.
- Collect and analyze data to make informed recommendations and support decision-making.
- Prepare regular progress reports and share insights with your program mentor.
Phase 2: Deep Dive into Chosen Business Units (Months 7-12)
- During the second 6 months of the program, you will take a deep dive into your chosen business units gaining in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
- This phase is designed to further develop your expertise and leadership skills in the specific field you have selected.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree a plus), with a minimum CGPA of 3.8 or its equivalent.
- Hold leadership positions and contributing member at university societies/clubs.
- Strong team player with strong interpersonal, communicative and presentation skills.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure as well as meet given deadlines.
- Passionate about the role, high self-drive, hardworking, self-motivated and willingness to learn.
- Meticulous and detail orientated, excellent in analytical problem-solving skills.
- Interest to work in a new and developing organization.
