As a Corporate Leadership Trainee at Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn. Phase 1: Rotational Assignments (Months 1-6)

Key Responsibilities (During Rotational Phase):

  • Engage actively in each rotational assignment, contributing to projects and tasks assigned by department leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn and implement best practices within your chosen area of specialization.
  • Collect and analyze data to make informed recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and share insights with your program mentor.

Phase 2: Deep Dive into Chosen Business Units (Months 7-12)

  1. During the second 6 months of the program, you will take a deep dive into your chosen business units gaining in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
  2. This phase is designed to further develop your expertise and leadership skills in the specific field you have selected.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree a plus), with a minimum CGPA of 3.8 or its equivalent.
  • Hold leadership positions and contributing member at university societies/clubs.
  • Strong team player with strong interpersonal, communicative and presentation skills.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure as well as meet given deadlines.
  • Passionate about the role, high self-drive, hardworking, self-motivated and willingness to learn.
  • Meticulous and detail orientated, excellent in analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Interest to work in a new and developing organization.
