Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be in charge of:

  • Prepare, analyse, and summarise weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing quantitative analysis of operational and financial data with qualitative insights.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts, compile annual plans, and analyse monthly forecasts vs. actual results, highlighting key assumptions and their impact on the financial outlook.
  • Continuously improve tools, systems, and automate processes, implementing enhancements where needed.
  • Analyse past performance and future projections alongside market trends to suggest adjustments to model assumptions.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis for Capital Expenditure requests.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, formatting, and presenting internal data.
  • Assist with month-end closing, specifically related to inventory journals.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Finance Planning and Reporting within the manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, MIA, ICAEW, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Strong business partner, able to quickly provide timely financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to objectively analyse data and make informed judgments.
  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborates well with teams.
  • Proactive, takes ownership of tasks, and is responsive to stakeholder needs.
