Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals. Brand build credibility of IT brands by having consistently carry out research to keep up to date with customer or market trend;

• Regular meeting with vendor and colleague across multiple departments to organise events such as product launches, virtual exhibition, etc;

• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc;

• Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions;

• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products;

• Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement;

• Develop strategies & managing marketing campaigns across available platform by delivering product messaging to the targeted prospects efficiently;

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Proven experience in event planning and execution.

• Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.

• Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Positive attitude, self-motivated

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willing to travel outstation
