Salary: Starting at RM3500 (plus performance-based commission)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with expertise in Indian catering to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the F&B industry, excellent networking abilities, and the capability to foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost catering orders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of catering orders.
- Meet sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian catering sales or F&B sales.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and catering operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
