  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Responsibilities

  • Processing monthly claims, AP invoices, petty cash, and payment records.
  • Monitor daily bank balances and cash requirements for the company.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & update fixed assets register and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
  • Identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions.
  • To assist in preparation of management accounts and all supporting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filling.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks assigned.

Role Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance studies.
  • Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply for this role.
  • Good MS Excel, Words, and knowledge in ERP system.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Senai Johor.
